The aggressive feed and fast reacting electronics enable trouble-free operation for professional woodchip producers.

The intake belt of the chipper is 2.7m long, enabling even 4m long cordwood to remain safely on the belt and not fall off. Whole trees up to 75cm in diameter are pulled in without the crane operator having to lift the feed roller. The machine benefits from maintenance-free hydraulic drive motors for the feed screw conveyors. The Canbus process control does not slow down the feeding belt, thus contributing to the production of clean woodchip with few fines. This chipper also benefits from the patented foreign body protection device (against steel parts, large stones etc), utilising easily replaceable breaking parts to prevent further damage to the chipper drum. Split screens can be quickly and easily changed by one person in a matter of minutes. Due to the automatic nature of the machine, the crane operator can fully concentrate on feeding the chipper, enabling a throughput capacity of up to 240 loose cubic metres per hour.
